We serve the betting needs of the public that
wager on horses in numerous tracks across the country and do so in branch
outlets, Teletheaters and restaurants throughout the five boroughs of New York
City, also utilizing telephone banks in a central location that reaches out to
bettors in the entire state of New York.
This award winning site of over 100 pages of
info is capable of serving the employees of over 125,000 municipal workers and
50,000 retirees represented by District Council 37 in explaining benefits,
listing contracts, etc. and in particular, the interests of Local 2021 of the
New York City Off-Track Betting
Corporation (NYCOTBC).
