The Equal Opportunity Officer has the authority to recommend to the President that disciplinary action be taken against any employee who has committed an unlawful discriminatory act.


           All complaints will be handled in confidence. No employee may retaliate against or harass any person for filing an EEO complaint or for cooperating in the investigation of a complaint Any employee who engages in such retaliation or harassment shall be subject to discipline which may include reprimand, suspension, probation, demotion, transfer, fine or termination.
