DC 37 Med team/Choice
DC 37 Med Team offers members and retirees a wide range of hospital and medical benefits, with a wide choice of primary care physicians and specialists throughout the five boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk Counties and across the state. Call (212) 815-1313.

Hearing-impaired members with

The Retirees Association of District Council 37 represents retirees in
maintaining and improving their pensions and health services.

Union Credit Card
The AFSCME Master Card charges interest at 5
percent above the prime rate.
There's no annual fee.
To obtain an application
form, members and retirees should call at 800-522-4000.

You can also get information
about the benefits of this card and apply for it online at www.unionpluscard.com.
If the bank denies you a card, you can call the bank for re-evaluation. Members
who feel they were declined because of an error in their credit report can get
help from the Unions' legal services, MELS, or through a
Locals' own legal service as in Locals; 371 and 375.
